Project Re-activation

Refund requests will not be processed if no action has been taken on your order for 20 days after the order is placed.

However, if you wish to reactivate your publishing order, a reactivation fee will be applied based on your project.

Refund requests will not be entertained after the final files have been delivered.

  • Refund requests made between 48-120 hours of the initial project delivery will be eligible for a 33% refund, less a 10% service & processing fee.
  • Refund requests after 120 hours of delivery or once the final files have been provided will not be entertained.
  • Refund requests will not be considered if no action has been taken on your order for 30 days after placement. Reactivation will be charged a fee based on the project.
  • Refund processing can take 25-30 working days as per company policy.
  • No refund requests will be considered for SEO or SMM projects after 48 hours.
  • For video animation packages, no refund requests will be entertained after the storyboard is designed.
  • Refund requests should be communicated through our support department. Kindle Online Publishing reserves the right to approve or deny requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund requests will only be accepted with valid reasons aligned with the project brief and customer feedback. If the design was not according to the brief, further revisions will be offered until satisfaction.
  • Our money-back guarantee applies only when orders are placed in good faith. If a customer places design orders with multiple agencies for the same job to claim a refund, it will not be honored.
  • Customer feedback is essential for all design jobs before finalizing the project. We require involvement from our customers to achieve the desired outcome.
